Carl Sandburg should install new and more efficient air conditioners
to save the school money. Instead of putting on the air
conditioners on in the winter, they should just keep on the heat so
it's using money for more useful situations.
Also in the summer set the air conditioner temps to a comfortable temp
so that everyone is comfortable and able to focus but also
saving our school money at the same time
